Great looking home Patti!  It's interesting to me how you are taking advantage of your license from Cali also.  Is it because of your past contacts?  I'm thinking of doing the same for Maryland that's why.

Edward - I am in the process of relocating to Texas. Our home here in CA is in escrow and we have a home in Texas also in escrow. Once I finish closing a couple escrows here, I will be referring my CA clients to agents who will be able to work with them locally. I feel customers/clients will receive better quality service from an agent in the same area. This will leave me with the ability to concentrate on the area where I will be living. Although, I plan to maintain my CA license.
