How to set up your Single Property Website in 60 seconds or less!

Services for Real Estate Pros with

Happy Tuesday!

In last week’s post, we shared details about the launch of our patent-pending Single Property Websites, which take the hassle out of set up and maintenance. Today we wanted to show just how easy it is to get your Single Property Websites up and running in three simple steps and in 60 seconds or less. It all starts at

STEP 1: Find your listing

There are two ways to select your property (find it on and paste the listing URL in the top text box OR search by MLS# or property address using the second text box). For this demo, we’ll use option 2 and type in a sample address and select Find My Property. Confirm your listing was correctly matched by selecting This is my Listing.

 STEP 2: Pick Domain Name

Now you can select the unique URL you would like for your Single Property Website (usually the home address). Available suggestions are automatically populated but you can also type in your own URL by typing directly in the text box. Make your selection and hit Create this Domain.

The sample we are using for this demo (3945 North Tripp) is an existing site ( which is why the domain shows up as unavailable. We will select the alternate “.net” option only for demo purposes, but we generally recommend “.com” domains over “.net” because they are more intuitive and memorable. Remember, these sites are designed for direct address type in search.

STEP 3: Choose Design

Select from 3 professionally designed, streamlined templates for your Website. You can preview each template by clicking on an option and selecting Preview this Design.

Once you’ve made your selection, click Create this Website and follow the additional prompts to process credit card payment. And you’re done! Your site will be live within the hour.

Remember, we receive listings from MLSs, brokers and other sources, so if your listing changes in the data source (ie: with new photos, price change etc.), the changes will automatically flow to your Single Property Website so you can literally “set it and forget it.”

Check out the sample live site at

Promote, promote, promote!

Once your purchase is confirmed, we’ll ask you to enter in your e-Mail address and/or your client’s email address so we can notify you when your Single Property Website is live and when it appears on the first page of Google search results.

Don’t forget to promote your new Websites. These sites are social media friendly with one-click sharing to Facebook, Twitter and more. Each time your site is tweeted or shared, it generates another link back and enhances the value. This natural promotion is like a vote for your site and is rewarded by Google, helping to increase the importance of your site and its visibility on search engines.

We’ll share more SEO tips in another post coming soon. Want to preview your own Single Property Website? Check out and give us a shout if you have any questions!

Hi Doug, thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, this is currently only available in the U.S.

As far as pricing, it varies by market and can be as low as $12 a site/month. Thanks for stopping by!

Fantastic idea, it works wonders. Our company creates single property sites for all of our listings. Our clients LOVE it!

I could see this on some higher end listings. I may look into it. I am a little hesitant that the cost will end up being more than advertised.

Hi everyone, thanks for the feedback and thoughtful questions...keep it comin!

Eric - there's very little, see for yourself:

Harry - that's great! Our customers also tell us how much their sellers love having a site 100% dedicated to their home. And it's a perfect way to engage your clients, we'll even ask your permission to email your seller directly to notify them when the site is live and when it starts appearing on the first page of Google.

Jason - we have market based pricing that can be as low as $12 a site/month depending on volume and market. We'd love to tell you more about it.
