Hello Susan-While it is down a little from last year it looks like it is still good. Hope you had a great day my friend. Enjoy your evening. It is a hot one here at 90* as I type this and tomorrow is predicted to be 100* GEEZ.

Hey you, where's your smiling face??  The total numbers are down but I've having a fantastic year so far :0)    It was 108 degrees on my deck earlier and that's not counting the humidity!!!

I figured the flowers were more beautiful.  Smile  Actually AR took it off because it wasn't big enough so I am naturally camera shy so I decided to go with the flowers for now. I have a plan but I need time to play around with it.

Gotta love all the "rumors." While the values are slightly down, the # of sales and listings is so close - shows homes are still selling in Gananoque.

Hey, I didn't know you moved to Scottsdale, AZ - those temps!!!!  Maybe we're in "sister" cities?  LOL.

Juli -  Sister cities?  I'd trade your heat for ours any day . . .  the humidity is what kills me!

Susan - given the surge in the spring of 2010 your numbers are pretty good ..... the lower average selling price could cause some to worry a little but then average selling prices are not the best indicator of what prices are doing. Gananoque is blessed with a diversified housing stock with many unique century homes so the average price could move up or down while real values are going in the opposite direction.
