The slight improvement since May is welcomed. Sold properties moved up a little as did sold prices. The strong buyers market continues and inventory crept up a wee bit as the general selling season gets into full swing. Buyers have a great selection to choose from including short sales and foreclosures which generally take some patience as they are slow moving. Low interest rates continue and I can't imagine a better time for buyers/investors in a position to purchase than now. Come see what all gorgeous Western NC has to offer.
