Since reaching a 12-month low of just 433 in January of 2011 the total number oif Franklin Township homes for sale has not failed to climb in each of the succeeding months, most recently reaching a total of 520 in May. While this represents a 4.8-percent increase versus the previous month’s total of 496 it is 4.6-percent less than last May’s total of 545. Even better, at least from a seller’s standpoint, is the fact that there were, on average, 9.3 percent fewer homes on the Franklin Township real estate market per month compared to this same period last year, or 496 versus 547 respectively.
