One Key Lighter...Another HomeRome Listing Sold!!

Jim, the buyer, said he reads my blog...so I thought I would share yesterday's settlement of 3506 Gardenview Rd. Stevenson, MD. 21208 I told them to pretend they were happy .. (my mother-in-law's line from a long time ago).

Below is the photo in front of the new house... Jim, Dan, and their wonderful buyer's agent, Jessica Hummel.

I loved your story about your settlement today as well as "pretend you are happy." Looking at your wedding photo, I know you were happy then, as well as Jim and Dan seem happy today. A job well done!

Congratulations Margaret, There certainly sounds like there are a lot of Rome Homes around neck of the woods. Woo Hoo!! The new camera can't be far off, right? hehehe

BTW, Have you heard about the newest camera design? Take the photo and the software for it allows you to focus after you have taken the photo. Incredible right? I suppose I could write a post about it one of these days. I went to take photos today of a Naval Training Ship from Chile at the harbor. The Be Esmerelda. They had wine and liquor for sale as I was exiting. One lady ahead of me was from Chile and she bought some, so I did to. I have no idea what it is except she said it is fabulous. Cheap too! No import or sales tax when you are on a foriegn registered vessel.
