Today the boys have a big discussion on Loans being rejected due to simple mistakes being made at the origination level, and qualified borrowers being turned away; a lot of these mistakes are in the Fees column. Mortgage applications dropped for the 4th straight month inspite of low interest rates. This is sabotaging the housing market.
