Yes, amazing what plain old dirt is going for these days huh? In some areas of Brentwood and Franklin 1 acre will fetch $100,000 or better! The good thing is, land NEVER depreciates, never! So when you invest in land in an area with historically increasing revenues, such as Williamson county TN, you know you are making a safe bet. Get it while you can, next year it might be $200,000~
