Cumberland Skyview Edmonton Real Estate
The Cumberland Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot was strengthening in the 1st quarter of 2011, but has now stumbled in the 2nd quarter. The overall Edmonton average selling price per square foot has continued to improve since the 4th quarter of 2010, in contrast to Cumberland. Cumberland does have a have quite a few larger two story style homes selling this past quarter, and that explains part of the lower selling price per square foot. The average days on market was stronger in Cumberland (35 days) versus the Edmonton average time to sell of 42 days. The highest house sale price recorded this quarter in Cumberland was $490,000.
