Real Estate Rates Down Overnight

 These figures are from last night.

• 30-year fixed rates are down to 6.1 percent
• 15-year fixed rate also sank down to 5.72 percent 
• one-year adjustable rate increased though to 5.77 percent

In other economic news the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 71.86 points, or down 0.51 percent, finishing at 13,912.94.  The Nasdaq fell 16.14, or 0.58 percent, closing at 2,763.91.
