By
Real Estate Agent with Great Life RE 313389

Twenty two years ago, I was uprooted by my family from my happy home in Philadelphia, PA and moved against my will to Knoxville, TN.  While must admit I spent years being incredibly unhappy moving from my beloved city,  but honestly it was the best decision my parents ever made.

Knoxville, TN is one of the most sought after places to relocate to and for GOOD REASONS.  Protected by the Great Smoky and Appalachian Mountains, natural disasters are rare.  Our climate is near perfect with moderate temperatures, but enough seasonal variation that you can fully enjoy every season.  The landscape is second to none, in Knoxville, TN you have your choice from the breathtaking peaceful country-side, beautiful mountains, awesome lakes and watersheds, all nestled amongst friendly and welcoming communities.

Is the area you live in currently experiencing a real estate bust?  Do you find yourself getting anxious about the real estate market in which you have a large sum of money invested?  Do you want to move to an area that has a healthy and active market (and that has so for nearly 20 years)?  Well there is a solution to the gloom and doom, relocate to Knoxville.  If you have any questions about the Knoxville market or would like more information about one of the most popular relocation areas, don't hesitate to contact me.

While, most markets are in turmoil, Knoxville Home Prices are Up 4.8%!!!   Check out this recent release from the National Association of REALTORS®
