As an owner and resident of Blue Heron, I am able to give you the most up to date information on the community. As of today, there are only two villas on the market ranging from $145,000 to $159,000. There are currently 15 condos for sale, ranging from $75,000 to $185,000. For the villas, there have been 9 sales since March 1st - ranging from $130,000 to $175,000. The condos have had 7 sales, ranging from $82,000 to $120,000.
