Birmingham Alabama Short Sale:  SOLD JULY 2011

We closed on this short sale today almost exactly 3 months to the date after it went under contract.  Another one bites the dust!

I give applause to the selling agent for her patience and professionalism.  Knowing how lengthy the short sale process can be, she didn't feel the need to blow my phone up for 3 months straight.  During the entire three months, frankly I can't remember her calling me not one time.  If she did call, it must have been only once.

I made sure that I let her know how much I appreciated.

Christine 3 months was the length of time it was under contract (not listed). There were a few bumps but mostly just waiting.
