Why I Chose Real Estate: I've Always Loved Sunshine and Living the Good Life!
Even though I was born in Colorado-- I think I am a southern California girl at heart! I have always loved spending time in the sun and living the good life! Whether it is playing golf, swimming, relaxing on our patio, sight-seeing-- I love being outdoors! It's not a surprise that I loved my swimming pool in 1966, just as much as I love our pool today!
The Palm Springs area was made for me... and when I moved here in the late 80's it really felt like home. The gorgeous weather--I mean really nice most of the year and amazing mountain views, plus over 100 golf courses-- it was a perfect fit for me... and it still is.
I am such a huge fan of the desert we live in that I always want to share the experience with friends, family... well, everyone! We have many visitors, especially during our mild, sunny winters, and we are lucky to have a home that accommodates many friends. I love it when people come to visit-- I really enjoy cooking for them-- and introducing our lovely desert to them.
Now, back to real estate-- since I am in love with our area-- it is easy for me to sell the lifestyle, the charm of our villages, the golf, tennis, hiking, ballooning, and incredible arts here. There is so much to offer in our area-- and the homes are very affordable now compared to most of southern California.
Although I really enjoy looking at homes, meeting new people, networking, marketing and many of the other aspects of my job-- the part I love most is sharing the desert lifestyle with other people who also love sunshine and living the good life-- and helping them make their dream of living here come true!
