A Message to my New Realtor Colleagues

Have to say that the quality of video is excellent. Very crisp, very stable. My computer choked at 3:37, and while it then returned (after churning the information, I felt that  if you would make them under 3 minutes, it could make the messages stronger. I am not sure it ia a universal standard, though

Watched your video on what a new agent's competitive advantages are. I am becoming a new agent, and you are 100% correct that as new agent, I will be MUCH more enthusiastic and willing to do more than a number of my peers. Unfortunately, there's a tremendous amount of negativity out there (I realize why), but there's tremendous opportunity just the same!

Anthony, if you seek relationships and not dollars, while doing business the way your grandma would be proud of you then you will become a million dollars richer.  This is how I do it with homes for sale in Maricopa Arizona and the rest just happens. You will make errors along the way, but do right when you do. Do not function out of greed or fear, but out of doing things the best possible way.

I really enjoy helping newbies in the business. In most cases they don't have any preconceived notions and are more easily trained. Thanks for your post
