Hoping Everyone has a great Sunday. I'm showing the same buyer this afternoon. I've learned this buyer is having a difficult time making up his mind - he seems to like every home I show him. So, I gave him homework last evening. He can only pic out his two favorite homes from each day of the last three days of showings. We will look at the ones he's picked out one more time. Then he will have to further narrow it down to his top three, and so forth until he decides on one to write on. That's the only way he's going to be able to make a decision.
