Beaver Glen looks like a terrific neighborhood. The thing that immediately catches my eye is that there is a variety of housing stock. I am not a fan of cookie cutter:)

Ginny: with lots of decent inventory and too many subdivisions to navigate on their own, buyers need the services of a Realtor, such as me, who knows this area well.

Anne: it really is in a good location.  Close to lots of amenities.
