- Realtor - Using Realtors can prove to be wise decesions for Buyers and Seller, as they negotiate the sales terms and disclose important aspects of inspections, rights, and duties of the Buyer and Seller. Realtors also market properties through extensive database programs and assist Buyers and Sellers in determining fair market value.
- Lender - Lenders guide Buyers in placement of advantageous loan transactions, which are affordable for purchasers, and assist potential Buyers with credit issues and loan consolidation.
- Home inspector – A home inspector fully examines the property to make sure that required repairs are completed before funding is released. Your home inspector should be licensed, experienced, and insured for correct and full disclosure of property deficiencies and safety hazards. Since most Purchase Agreements now contain waivers of warranty and redhibition, using inspectors has become a vital part of the transaction.
- Insurance Agent – Advises Buyers on purchase of home, flood, and life insurance, which best fit the client’s needs to reduce or alleviate loss in the event of disaster.
- Title Company – Insures rights and properties of the Buyers and Lender through issuance of title insurance. A title company also prepares and reviews all notarial documents required for protection of Buyer and Seller and handles all funds through escrow for closing transactions.
