The Condo Review consists of Bergen County’s condos, co-ops, & townhomes and this is the statistical report for the first half of 2011.

 

Overall, we had 693 listings sold during this period with an average sold price of $369,275.

 

The average sold price-to-listing price ratio is 90.2%.

 

We had 2,174 new listings come to the market in the first half of 2011.

 

The total # of actively listed Bergen County condos, co-ops, and townhomes is currently 1,937 (6/30/11).

The available units for sale have an average list price of $395,512.
