Lexington neighborhood homes for sale

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Respect Realty LLC 200311024

Presently there are lots of Lexington neighborhood homes for sale. Many of these homes are priced very well and are in some cases 1/3-1/2 of what they were just 3 years ago. The Lexington neighborhood is an older area with a lot of homes built between the 1960s-1980s and many of the families there have lived there since that time.

Hi Todd - Lexington is certainly seems to be an excellent value --- long time neighbors and good schools plus exceptional prices --- who could ask for anything more?

It really is a great value and a great neighborhood. Heck that is where my wife grew up and her family still lives there today some almost 25 years after they bought it.
