How many times are we asked if we are positive about something?
It can mean many different things.
Are you positive that this is the decision you intend on going through with?
Are you waking up with a positive attitude?
Positivity is completely up to you and can inevitably bring new change and great things to someone’s life, including your own. When was the last time you smiled at something or someone and received a smile back? A smile can change the outcome of a business deal, it can change the outcome of your clientele’s response towards questions you have or statements you make, and will ultimately create relationships that your consumers can not help but be drawn to.
For example, if I were to go to car dealership tomorrow with money in hand and intentions on purchasing a vehicle, if I do not receive good customer service with a side of friendly, positive, grade A salesmanship from the car salesman, I WILL NOT make my purchase at that particular dealership. Buying a new or used vehicle is an important and most of the time stressful dilemma, in which the consumer should be catered to in whichever way possible the consumer’s attitude is portrayed.
This in relation to Real Estate is coequal. We as an army consisting of realtors, brokers and consumers need to step back and smile at one another. Life is tough but so is Chuck Norris. He is human and he can smile. Take a minute today and brighten someone’s day by giving a positive attitude lifting someone up out of whatever is dragging them throughout their day and smile.
