2008 Real Estate Forecast

I attended a presentation today given by Leslie Appleton-Young, Vice President and Chief Economist for the California Association of Realtors. The presentation "2008 Real Estate Market Forecast" was very timely and informative. If you are a C.A.R. member, go to www.car.com and access the presentation. It is well worth your time--great information!

I third what Jan and Sam said above.  It would be nice at the least to see the highlights or a bullet list of high points.

I've heard that there is some encouraging news out of California. Hope that has some positive effects on other challenging markets too.

I attended the board breakfast as well and found it to be incredibly interesting what is happening in our market place. Leslie did give us her email and offered to send it that way as well
