The Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation will hold the Lagoon Day Walk/Run on July 24,2011 beginning at different locations and all ending at the Discovery Center on Cannon Road. The Agua Hedionda Lagoon walk will begin at 11 AM, and is two miles long. The Buena Vista Lagoon walk will begin at 10 AM, and is five miles long. The Batiquitos Lagoon walk will begin at 10:30AM, and is six miles long. Post-event activities include a barbecue lunch with celebrities and athletes, music a costume contest for children and prizes.
