What's the Big Deal?
Having a team work for you makes a world of a difference. As a team, we are able to supplement each other's skills and abilities to offer our clients better service than any single agent in our market can. Have you ever tried to call a real estate agent and were unable to reach them or have them even call you back?Have you tried to set up an appointment with an agent but they couldn't seem to fit you into their schedule? Because there are three of us working for you, we are able to better meet your needs when it comes to communication and scheduling. That is because when you call us the phone rings through all of our phones until you get an answer or a quick call back. Also, we can be more flexible in meeting with you according to your schedule because there are three of us not just one. Has an agent ever made you feel like you were just a commission rather than a person? Traditional agencies are structured so that agents have to "claim their territory." We don't fight over our clients to get their commission but instead, our commissions are shared, so our energies are spent on meeting the needs our clients rather than our own.
