Today there are 82 detached or semi-detached homes on the market for sale in Silver Spring, Md. 20905, commonly known as Colesville.  There are at this time 31 detached or semi-detached homes under some form of contract in this market, too.  In the last 30 days, 11 detached or semi-detached homes completed the sales process and have new owners.

Two Bedroom Homes

In the last 30 days, only one three-bedroom home completed the sales process.  This home sold for $240,000 after being on the market for a month (28 days).

Today there are 12 four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes in the market area currently under some form of contract.  The last known list price of these homes ranged from a low of $199,000 to a high of $599,900, with the average being $387,431.  The days on market for these homes ranged from three days to just eight months (260 days), with the average being near three months (87 days).

In the last 30 days, eight four-bedroom homes completed the sales process.  These homes sold for between $300,000 and $485,000, with the average being $422,500.  The days on market ranged from two days to over seven months (225 days), with the average approaching two months (54 days).

Five Bedroom Homes

There are 17 five-bedroom detached or semi-detached homes on the market for sale in the area covered by this report.  The list prices of these homes range from $285,000 to $960,000, with the average being $543,530.  The days on market range one day to 27 months (817 days) with the average being slightly over three months (100 days).

In the last 30 days, only one six-bedroom home completed the sales process.  This home sold for $900,000 after being on the market for eight months (250 days).
