A few weeks ago this grandmother jumped into Cyberspace & I have had 3 potential buyers contact me. 2 were not in my area, I was able to refer them to another agent. (my husband is with Sterling Commercial AZ and the SEO information I found help him get more internet exposure, still a long way to go, a little information is dangerous).
I want to thank you all for providing great information & for the out of state prospect who will be here this weekend, is pre-approved and plans to close in 30 days. Whether they buy or not I am hooked!
