How to get a contract signed in -5- minutes or less .

I just absolutely love to sell Real estate with all the new tools available. I am not talking about a hammer or a screwdriver.

I am talking about tools like : My think pad, my android cell, my tiny laptop to my Internet Contract Writing system.

I was told by my RE instructors many years ago.. “ When you show up at an appointment .. BE PREPARED. I have always keep that thought in my tool box. When I am heading to an appointment....I have already taken the time to complete the contract...its in my file ready to go. In the case the client is ready to ....Go For It..I am there .. ready to go..PREPARED.

So the best way to get a contract signed in 5 minutes or less is to have it prepared before you arrive at the appointment ..

Gary, great advice and so true. If you're not prepared for the client to sign, it is a missed opportunity!

Good reminder. I have a listing appointment this evening. I emailed the CMA, will bind the presentation in book...and come with a blank contract.

Or pull it up on the computer and send it to him via Docusign.

Or maybe even have him sign on my ipad.

Either way, I'll be sure to be prepared!

I ALWAYS have a PREprepared management agreement at property presentations...ALWAYS and a SASE for them to RETURN it to me signed.
