Residental home sales in Huntsville for June 2011 were up almost 10 % over Home sales in May but dropped about 20 percent from June 2010 based on Huntsville Area Association of Realtors information.

Mr. Gonzales said “While home sales continue to increase month to month, home buyers are still cautious about the conditions of the national economy,” ,”However, June 2011 pending home sales increased by 73 percent from May 2011, which is a strong indicator of home sales activity for the following month.”
