393 Single Family Homes were sold ranging from a 5 bedroom, 6 full bath and 2 half-bath home with 6491 sq ft of living space on the most expensive end of the spectrum. This home was originally listed at $1,700,000 and sold after 578 days on the market for $1,385,000.

In the lower price range we bottom out at a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with 797 sq ft of living space that was bank owned. This home was listed and sold for $29,900 and was on the market for a mere 90 days.
