I have completed the Institute's 2 Day class and also the extra 3rd Day Marketing Class. The information was fantastic! I was a newer agent when I attended the class three years ago and it helped me understand the "wants, needs and mind set" of the luxury buyer and seller.
I also have continued my membership in the organization (CHLMS) and feel it has been extremely beneficial and helped me secure luxury listings. Also, I received a wonderful referral from an agent from Houston that I attended the class with. The buyer was looking $1 million and up.
