Luxury Agent Training & CRS Credit...Priceless!

Want to know how to work in the Upper Tier Luxury Market? If so, great news! The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is offering a wonderful opportunity to attend their Rich Buyer, Rich Seller Course- Part 1 & Part 2 AND receive CRS elective credit. How sweet life is!

Quick question...What were you thoughts on these classes and any other Institute training you may have attended? Has anyone taken these CRS electives?

I have completed the Institute's 2 Day class and also the extra 3rd Day Marketing Class. The information was fantastic! I was a newer agent when I attended the class three years ago and it helped me understand the "wants, needs and mind set" of the luxury buyer and seller.

I also have continued my membership in the organization (CHLMS) and feel it has been extremely beneficial and helped me secure luxury listings. Also, I received a wonderful referral from an agent from Houston that I attended the class with. The buyer was looking $1 million and up.

If you are interested in the Luxury Market, I urge you to find out more about the Institute and to take these courses. Here are the class details from the CRS web site...

It sounds like a great course. I see that the Atlanta class is $600.00. Seems a little high for a one day class.

Hi Al: The fee you mentioned is for the complete 2 Day Class and it provides credit for the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) Designation. After sending in appropriate documentation, you receive the CLHMS Designation which is a tremendous point of differentiation for you versus other Realtors.

This training is especially vital if you want to target the Upper Tier Buyer and Seller. Thanks for your post

Im going to have to see which classes are around me. As a Re/max agent I was allowed to take my institute classes via satalite which was great, but I would like the opportunity to mingle with other members.

Thank you. I have been wanting to go to this type of training. I have book marked both sites. Looks like the second one will be having training in California - my state.
