Never neglect your past client database!

The more you keep in touch with your past clients, the easier your job will become.  You never know when they may know someone who needs a Realtor.  Keeping in touch with past clients can be as easy as sending a postcard.Don't have a big budget? Then send an e-newsletter! The important thing is to stay in contact with your past clients so that when they need a Realtor, they know to contact you!

Just get a system and work the system -- a lot to select from -- learn one and use it.

I started sending a newsletter, hand addressed, printed on my wide format printer last August.  Snail Mail.  My referrals have gone thru the roof.  I can't make myself send it email although I have that option.  I just can't do it.
