I'm a fan of Google's +1 and find it very beneficial. It's similar to having the Facebook "Like" version for the internet.

Hi Everyone...I've played around with it a bit. What I like is it seems you can have you customers, contractors, referral agents and you can send out blog posts, and just listed information as well as just quick snippets of information people may like,. I could see this working well with in a Realtors daily life. Facebook seems more like a fun social place, and twitter is just that Twitter. But Goggle + looks promising and user friendly. Only time will tell...
