I was speaking to my next door neighbor the other day. He is a Realtor also and he had moved from his home a few weeks ago. We kept wondering when he would place it on the market. he was working behind the scenes with Bank of America and now has an approved short sale on the market.
The home, a single-story with a basement, was built in 1999. Bill and his wife were the original owners.
The house has almost 4,500 square feet, two kitchens, three gathering areas with a living room and family room on the main level and an additional room in the basement.
It has five bedrooms and three and a half baths. It also has a three-car garage.
The house backs to the greenbelt that runs through The Legends Subdivision. There are walking paths and mature trees and plantings that are professionally maintained.
The shocker is that they placed an asking price of $255,000.00 on this almost 4,500 square foot house which means it now is available for less than Bill purchased it for in 1999 and for less than it would cost to build it again.
