The State of Tennessee’s Annual Sales Tax Holiday is held every year on the first Friday of August and ends the following Sunday night.  This year’s tax-free holiday weekend begins at 12:01 AM on Friday, August 5^th and ends Sunday, August 7^th at 11:59 PM.  Items that are tax free are clothing $100 or less, school supplies $100 or less and computers $1,500 or less.  Consumers and retailers can call 800-342-1003, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST or email Salestax.Holiday@tn.gov.

There will be a two day Gun Show at the Cumberland County Community Complex located at 1398 Livingston Road, Crossville. Buy-Sell-Trade hundreds of new and used guns and knives.  Vendors paying top dollar for used firearms and knives.  Vendors reserve your table early and receive a discount (300 spaces available).
