I cannot believe some of the prices for ocean views as well; is business brisk there with mainlanders buying at these great prices. I cannot remember prices these low in over 20 plus years!

Yes, Maui is still a bargain and our market has been moving quite rapidly in the lower prices ranges. That said we've had a several $5M dollar properties close in the last month and a $27M ocean front property just sold a few weeks ago... The properties we put on my BBL goes pending so quickly as they are priced to move. We have had a lot of Canadians driving our market because of the exchange rate right now.
