Job or Business

By

As I sit here looking over my 411 (Goal Sheet for 4 weeks, 1 month, 1 year) each section is broken up for Job, business, financial, and personal. So what exactly is the difference between my job and my business? I had never really given this much thought. I wondered if I was breaking down my goals into the right categories. Does it really even make a difference? I think it does.

Webster Says

Job: A specific piece of work required to be done as a duty

Business: The activity of providing goods and services involving financial and commercial and industrial aspects

So based on that my business is the service that I provide to others and my job are the repedative task that allow my to do my business. I think this makes a big difference. My job is all my task that allow me to do my business (serve my clients). I believe that if I start looking at my goals in this way it will make a difference in how my "business" grows.

What do you think?

It's a good idea to pay a CPA to interpret these things.  I learned the hard way that paying more for professional services, saves more in payouts.  I feel the same thing about Realtors.  Let the pros advise us.
