What a great way to get to know some fellow REALTORS and learn more about a specific area. This was my first experience on the East Austin tour and since I have a new listing in the area I was invited. Organized by Sergio Guerrero with Elite Financing and sponsored by Heaveny Care Moving this tour had some real perks. We toured 10 east Austin area homes and had a chance to see other listings in the area as well as get valuable feedback from other agents that I could pass along to my seller. Insead of the usual caravan stlye tour, this one came with a 15 seater van! We didn't have to drive, figure out how to get from house to house or keep up with everyone else. Sergio did it all for us. Plus, when we returned to our starting destination, there was food and drink available while we shmoozed.
