7/22/2011 - Stage II Water Restrictions Effective Immediately
In accordance with the Village of Ridgewood, Ordinance No. 2632, and at the recommendation of the Director of Ridgewood Water, Frank J. Moritz, I am declaring a Stage II water shortage emergency in Ridgewood, Glen Rock, Midland Park, and Wyckoff effective immediately and until further notice.
Residents, businesses, governmental agencies, and other water users must adhere to Stage II Restrictions.
Stage II Shall be defined as follows:
Stage II limits irrigation to alternate days using the odd/even system. Irrigation of properties with odd-numbered addresses is allowed on odd-numbered dates and irrigation of properties with even-numbered addresses is allowed on even-numbered dates. Irrigation using a hand held hose is allowed on any day except Mondays.
There shall be no irrigation of any kind allowed on Mondays.
