Who Says The Warren County Real Estate Market Is Bad? Not Us!
Let's start off with REAL ESTATE IS LOCAL!!
That NATIONAL TV show? They're NATIONAL, and they'd rather give you BAD news than GOOD! BAD news about homes half the country away from Warren County! You want GOOD news, go buy Reader's Digest! BAD news sells, the rest is BORING!
The Local TV? The ones that run the teaser at 5 about something that is going to KILL you any second....but won't give you the details until 11?? They DON'T care about your local market or good news either!
The Cincinnati Enquirer and Dayton Daily News? They want to talk about the mass market in Cincinnati and Dayton city itself, and NOT so much about the suburbs of Warren County, Butler County, Clermont County, etc. And again, BAD news carries more weight than GOOD news.
So WHY do we think our local market isn't so BAD as the media would have you believe? Let us count the ways!
