North Kingstown RI Parks

Real Estate Agent with RI Real Estate Services ~ 401-529-7849~ RI Waterfront Real Estate

North Kingstown RI Parks.  The town of North Kingstown is located on the RI waterfront and is a centrally locatedCollage of the North Kingstown RI Parks town geographically speaking.  The town of North Kingstown has two well equipped parks it take pride in:  McGinn Park and Wilson Park.

McGinnn Park is located near the Davisville Middle School off of School Street.  This park has basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds and baseball fields for kids of all ages.  What is nice about McGinn Park is that in the winter they convert the basketball courts over to an ice skating rink  for open skate!

Wilson Park is located in the heart of Wickford Village which is the quintessential New England and historic village by the waterfront and scenic harbor of Narragansett Bay.  Wilson Park is the primary park for the town and is the home of the Wickford RI Little League too.  From playgrounds, baseball fields, expansive soccer fields, tennis courts and walking trails, it encompasses many acres of wonderful space for children and adults. In addition, there is a public boat launch behind Wilson Park when you choose to put your boat in the water.  It costs you absolutely nothing.  Is there anything more convenient than that here in North Kingstown!

Not to be forgotten is the North Kingstown Town Beach which for a minimal $10 pass for the summer season allows you access to a wonderful and family beach off of Beach Street just south of Wickford Harbor.  Lifeguards are provided from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Labor Day.  Restrooms, showers and picnic tables are available for you too.  North Kingstown RI Parks.

That is really smart to convert that basketball court to a skating rink.  Much safer than a pond, too.

Ginny - LOL on your comment on my post.  Wykagyl is a section of New Rochelle, which you prob. have heard of.  Nonetheless, I did search "hardwood flooring Wykagly" and I have slots 1-6.  What's interesting is that google showed 3 slots for each for each of 2 i guess when you go more niche and there is less competiion, they make an exception and go beyond the 2 slots.  I'e seen this happen a few other times, too with similar circumstances.  Now, what I really need to figure out is how to get in more of the local listings.

Deb, that name threw me off but niche and hamlets/villages are something we should all focus on...what i find interesting is that GOOGLE doesn't punish you for duplicate change the titles but the same info remains...explain that to me at some point!

No Realtor knows North Kingston like you Ginny and parks are very important to all the parents out there considering where they want to live. I took my son to the park when he was young at least 4 days a week and he still remembers the monkey bars and tire swing!
