Thank you very much John.  Many people have misconceptions about the real estate market.  It is our job to educate them as much as possible.  Sherman Oaks is a great place to live.  A short trip to Ventura Boulevard will take you to restaurants, shopping and local busineses.  Many homes are located on the hills, with panoramic views of the valley.  I really enjoy our valley.
