Garages in Feng Shui by Feng Shui Long Island NYC consultant
I've noticed my money moving in and out of my life? or I'm having trouble sleeping and can not figure out why.
These are some common questions and comments said during a Feng Shui consultation with Laura Cerrano of Feng Shui LI. When utilizing Feng Shui to analyze your home which mirrors your life, you need to be practical, symbolic, and literal all at once. There is no set answer for these questions because everyone situation will be different, depending on the layout of your home, the placement of objects and furniture to the layout and whats happening to you on an emotional and mental level.
Here is a case study with one of Laura Cerrano's clients from New York. Before Laura saw the garage placement according to the Bagua, Julia described how she noticed her fiances coming in and going right back out. When Laura looked to the home for answers she saw that Julia's garage was located in the "wealth" section of her home.
A garage in Feng Shui represents unstable energy, an in and out motion. So Julia's home was mirroring exactly that, an in and out motion of cars parking and leaving, but since it was located in the wealth section, it represented her finances as well.
"I'm having trouble sleeping" This is another example of the garage energy having the potential to affect your daily activities. Again, the energy is unstable, constantly moving even if not in use...the potential is there. Julia happened to have not only the garage in the wealth section, but also located underneath her bedroom.
Feng Shui comes down to what you believe, so sometimes there placements do not affect everyone. But, if you are sensitive to energy and are noticing negative patterns, then perhaps it's time to look at life from another perspective to help give you answers and solutions :)
