Stay Positive

I see agents focusing on how bad things are in our market. We are having a great market. The only thing I see is that buyers are more focused on what we always tell our sellers. Your home has to be in top notch condition for you to get the asking price you want. Buyers are not wanting a lot of homes with differed maintenance. They want something move in ready. I see so many negative agents walking there buyers through a home that all it needs is a couple of bedrooms that need carpet replacement and paint. You negative agents need to go away if your not cut out for this work then realize our jobs are to be positive, and pratice good ethics with each other and to our buyers and sellers. I don't know how many times I have been extorted by other agents. Lets make this a good year agents focus on being positive forget what happened yesterday and focus on what today can bring. Trust me when your clients see your full of joy and pointing out hey lets get the seller to paint this home it has everything you want. They trust in us because we are looking in there best interest. So lets focus on this great market we are in, and stay positive.
