Saying "Thank you"
I picked up my copy of Guidepost magazine today and was inspired by an article in the May issue entitled, Thank you!, written by John Kralik.
He described a point in his life where he was depressed and not feeling positive about his life. Everything seemed to be out of sorts. As an antidote, he resolved to write thank you notes to persons each day of the next year. This simple act began to change how he viewed his life and transformed him.
I was encouraged to make the same resolve as I read this article. Why is it so easy to have a critical mindset, especially of those close to us? It is certainly too easy to lose sight of all our blessings and lose our positive edge. Join with me today and write someone a note of thanks!
