Residential Bulk Trash Pick Up in Gilbert, Arizona is part of your Town of Gilbert water and trash services.  The Town provides once a month collection of Residential bulk trash.  Bulk trash items include man-made materials that are bulky or cumbersome, such as; furniture, toys, dishwashers, other household items which can not be placed in the black container.  Electronic devices should be taken to the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility located at 2224 E. Queen Creek. Rd.

Residential Guidelines for Bulk Trash Pick Up in Gilbert, Arizona

• Each household is allowed a maximum of 10 cubic yards of non-compacted bulky household items (roughly 5’ wide by 10’ long by 5’ high, or approximately one ¾-ton pick up truck full) will be collected.  If you exceed this amount, a charge may be applied.  Brush needs to be cut to 5’ lengths and no more than 12” in diameter.
• Bulk trash needs to be put on the owner’s property near the sidewalk.  The ideal location for Bulk trash is on the owner’s driveway at the front of the house.
• Stacked trash is not to be placed on sidewalks, curbing, or roadway in any manner that will interfere with or be hazardous to pedestrians or vehicles.
• Items need to be place at least 2 feet away from electrical boxes, cable boxes, mail boxes, light poles, water meters, and existing landscaping items.
• Bulky items need to be placed out for pickup no earlier than the weekend immediately before your scheduled collection week and no later than 5:00 a.m. on Monday of your scheduled collection  week.
• All Cacti and similar plants need to be contained in cardboard boxes, not to exceed 60 lbs.

The Following items will NOT be accepted for collection!

Disposable or unwanted material resulting from construction, repair or demolition of the premises such as roofing materials, drywall, large auto parts, tires, rims, oil, rocks, dirt, concrete materials, appliances and large pieces of glass (ie, Arcadia doors) are NOT acceptable for Bulk Trash Collection.  These items may require Roll Off Service or one of Gilbert’s other solid waste services.
