The lowest sales price was $825,000 and the highest sales price was $3,760,000. The average home sales price was $571/sq.ft. with buyers obtaining an average of 7% off the asking price and an average of ll6 days on the market.
Ocean view home sales were up with 14 ocean view home sales with an average sales price of $593/sq.ft. with buyers obtaining an average of 9% off the asking price and 139 days on the market.
There were 39 sales in pending and 1 foreclosed home and 16 possible short sales.
