Each week I am going to be going to a new neighborhood in the Northern Indianapolis Metro Area to give people a view of what some of these developments look like. Hopefully this will help people see what neighborhoods are like without the "glam" the actually developers are putting on there websites. Not that some of these neighborhoods need "glam", but it will give a true sense of the community and homes in it.
The first one I am going to be writing about is the Bridgewater Club. The Bridgwater Club is located in Westfield, Indiana, a Northern Suburb of Indianapolis directly north of Carmel. Its situated between the streets of 161st and Carey Rds. The neighborhood is very large spreading over 750 acres, and continually adding more to it. It includes a Pete Dye Championship Golf Course that is woven around 24 lakes and ponds and thousands of trees.
Among The Bridgewater Club is 17 communites that offer a wide range of homes and home prices. From low-maintaince and townhomes, to esquisite homes with large homesites, this development has it all. The club house is 70,000 sq. ft. and offers many amenites for everyone in the community to use.
