How do I get in on the REO Listing for my area?

I have done BPOs for several companies, and have asked several times how to get the listings.  Everyone I talk to says I have to have experience in listing REO's to get started. So how do I get started if I have to have experience to get started.  Not making sense to me.  Any advice from anyone working REO/BPOs  I have had the buyer on several deal that were REOs so I've seen the process.   HELLLLLLP!
