My day was spent at National Golf Club in Southern Pines, at the Sandhill’s/Moore Coalition charity golf tournament. Let me clarify that I was there as volunteer and not a golfer, because me playing golf on a golf course could be hazardous to others! What a wonderful way to spend a day. The Coalition is a great charity that provides emergency assistance to Moore county residents through clothing, food, and financial assistance. If you have some spare time and are looking for something fulfilling to do, they can always use volunteers. I can’t think of a better way to feel good, than by helping others.

Frank, you are so right! It was absolutely a great day for all involved. I like being o a golf course as long as I am not asked to play. There is not enough insurance to protect all those around me. lol!
