Looking for a little help

Hi Everyone,

I couldn't find any forums on this site so I thought I'd try writing a blog and see if I get some responses.

I am seeking a Realtor/Broker who specializes in the San Mateo County of Northern California. I have a

potential buyer who desires living in this area, preferably in Colma or Daly City. Although I live in the

Bay Area, that part of Silicon Valley is not my specialty.

Please contact me if you know of some homes in this area that I can show to my buyer. There are a few

more details that I will need to explain to you about my buyer and I'll be happy to do so when you

contact me. To do that, you can just post on this blog or call/email me directly. We don't have much time

Just put the information in the referral side of the site. You will get agents that work that area to respond.

New to this site and haven't gone through all the training yet so I don't know how to do what you just said. Do I post this blog into there because I don't see an option to do that with the interface.

Wow thanks everyone!

The response has been insane since I posted the referral for the help needed. My phone and email have been blowing up. It's so much that I'm getting buried in the quantity. I will try to respond to all of you but it may take a while.

I certainly hope that this same amount of response arrives when I post in the referral area that I can help in the area that I live and specialize in which is the East Bay Area. Fremont, Newark, Union CIty, Hayward, Milpitas and the surrounding areas. I've got three deals in the works right now, two will close in the next couple of weeks and the third probably around the end of August or early September, then I may take a vacation LOL. After that, I may be looking for some more work but we'll see once we get to that point.
